Abstract
⺠We explore BEC of a q boson system with finite particle number in a harmonic trap. ⺠We obtain the expressions of the critical temperature and so on of a q boson system. ⺠It is shown that BEC of such a system has some particular and interesting features. ⺠This work may provide insight into the theory of q-deformed bosons.
