Abstract
⺠An octahedral Koch network exhibiting abundant new properties compared to the triangular Koch network is proposed. ⺠Analytical expressions for the degree distribution, clustering coefficient, and average path length are presented. ⺠It is shown that the octahedral Koch network is assortative. ⺠The scale-free feature and small-world property of the octahedral Koch network are obtained via numerical analysis.
