Abstract
⺠In the manuscript we notice a new mathematical method for reverse engineering gene networks. ⺠Our approach allows: to incorporate a priori information, to assess the likelihood of the inferred paths, and quantify the information carried by the experimental data, in an elegant fashion. ⺠Additionally, I illustrated with an example that the method is able to suggest an ordered sequence of gene perturbation experiments in order to identify pattern of specific subnetworks.
