Abstract
⺠We examine the turning angle of a particle in a complex media and actively driven. ⺠The mean cosine of the turning angle is derived from a generalized Langevin equation. ⺠A crossover between antipersistent to persistent behaviour is found. ⺠The crossover depends on the competition between passive and active contributions. ⺠Intracellular motion of pigment organelles is in agreement with our model.
