Abstract
⺠We propose a novel growing weighted network model. ⺠A neighborhood local world is evolved with nonlinear growth of newly arriving weights. ⺠A nonlinear degree-strength relationship is obtained. ⺠Local interactions in the neighborhood show a global influence on network evolution. ⺠Hierarchical organization is observed with a neighboring connection rule.
