Abstract
⺠We study the counter traffic flow through a sequence of signals controlled by a phase shift. ⺠We present a nonlinear dynamic model of the counter traffic flow through the signals. ⺠We clarify the dependence of the counter flow on both the cycle time and the phase shift.
