Abstract
⺠We study the atmospheric wind environment based on a statistical approach. ⺠The wind energy was estimated based on the climate and surface conditions. ⺠Surface roughness change was significant with the wind direction at the site. ⺠This methods were suggested to calculate the surface roughness length. ⺠This estimation sufficiently shows the effect of obstacles and surface conditions.
