Abstract
⺠We use the Curvelet Transform to construct a filter for coherent noise in 2D. ⺠Our approach allows for data separation in angular, scale and position domains. ⺠This method is effective at finding noise sparsely distributed in angular domains. ⺠This curvelet filter is more efficient than the ones based on Wavelet Transform.
