Abstract
⺠Noisy XRD patterns are studied by fractal R/S analysis. ⺠More ordered solid structures are associated to increased Hurst exponent values of the XRD pattern. ⺠A crystallinity index is introduced in terms of the distance to uncorrelated behavior.
