Abstract
⺠We apply DFA and classical statistical methods (ARIMA and mobile average) to a vehicle flow problem.⺠We discuss the use of Tsallis statistics to analyze the stationary behavior of time series. ⺠We observe that the non-linear Fokker-Planck equation qualitatively explains the qualitative behavior of the vehicle demand. ⺠We study the ferry-boat system based on time series of vehicle demand.
