Abstract
⺠We consider the MaxEnt solutions of two variational problems. ⺠In the first, the entropy is Shannon's. ⺠In the second, it is Tsallis'. ⺠We show that the two solutions are linked via a simple transformation. ⺠We also show that the two solutions contain the same information.
