Abstract
⺠The numerical value of the entropy for the ice model on the 2D Sierpinski gasket is evaluated to high accuracy. ⺠The general upper and lower bounds for the ice model entropy on the generalized 2D Sierpinski gasket are conjectured. ⺠We obtain the number of configurations for the eight-vertex model and its generalization on the 2D Sierpinski gasket. ⺠The entropy per site for the eight-vertex model and its generalization is equal to 2(b+1)/(b+4)âln2.
