Abstract
⺠The antiferromagnetic IEC in multilayers is achieved via hole doping. ⺠The ferromagnetic IEC is described by the RKKY interaction based on a two-band model for a gapped system. ⺠The strong p-d interaction plays an important role in the antiferromagnetic IEC.
