Abstract
⺠The effects of random crystal-field on the semi-infinite magnetic system are investigated by MFA. ⺠The partly ferromagnetic phase in bulk gives rise to different types of phase diagrams. ⺠A tricritical surface transition, where the surface and the bulk occupied by mb=ms=1/2, appears.
