Abstract
⺠We observe that real citation networks have abundant triangles. ⺠We use the reference graphs in citation networks to analyze its evolution. ⺠We propose a growth model for the high clustering of citation networks. ⺠We show that the existing connecting patterns are critical in modeling clustering.
