Abstract
⺠We investigate the Carati-Galgani model of molecular collisions. ⺠The exchange of energy, in molecular collisions, follows the Lévy type statistics. ⺠Our results should be applied in the regime of metaequilibrium states. ⺠We propose a generalization of Planck's law compatible with the superstatistics.
