Abstract
⺠Cellular automata describes timescale HIV infection under antiretroviral therapy. ⺠Self-adjusted drug efficacy accounts for the HIV high mutation rate drug resistance. ⺠High virus mobility accelerates spread of infection during HIV clinical latency period. ⺠CA model can be useful to optimize strategies of initiation and schedule of therapies.
