Abstract
⺠Coarsely grained stochastic Boltzmann equation (B.E.) is obtained. ⺠Moment equations include fluctuating terms owing to nonlinearity of stochastic B.E. ⺠Navier-Stokes-Fourier law is obtained from reduced Grad's 26 moment equations.
