Abstract
⺠We model the majority-vote dynamics with quenched disorder in the noise parameter. ⺠We obtain the order-disorder phase transition and critical behavior of the system. ⺠The critical noise parameter increases with the fraction of noiseless sites. ⺠The disorder in the noise parameter does not change the Ising critical behavior. ⺠There exists a fraction of noiseless sites above which the system remains ordered.
