Abstract
⺠We deal with an optimal intervention problem in a probabilistic Boolean network. ⺠We apply the theory of discrete time Markov decision process. ⺠The optimality problem is solved by minimizing the expected first passage time. ⺠We find optimal treatments that make patient recovery from illness as soon as possible.
