Abstract
National Museums Liverpool refurbished a new store as part of a large capital building and site development programme. This is an account of the Archaeology and Ethnology collections move into the store. It provides a chronological approach to the planning, conducting and completing of the move and discusses the teamwork that was involved. The importance of the role of a co-ordinator is illustrated with examples of the complex planning and communication that was involved. It concludes with a summing up and recommendations.
