⺠The current report examines the use of planar geometry in early Maya site planning. ⺠Rectangular proportions guided the planners of El Palmar and El Mirador, Guatemala. ⺠Ethnographic evidence suggests rectangular dimensions of planning related to ideal agricultural spaces.
