Abstract
⺠An assemblage of Late Neolithic artefacts at the central post of a long house was identified as a structured deposition. ⺠Phytolith morphometrics, cell wall pattern analyses and starch evidence suggest the predominance of Triticum sp. ⺠Observations of the inner foo structure and amino acid data support the presence of fermentation processes.
