Abstract
⺠Changes in the utilisation and access to health services (1985-2006) were analysed in GB. ⺠Mobility levels better explain utilisation of health services than accessibility levels. ⺠The accessibility levels of Londoners gradually improved compared to those of individuals in other areas in GB. ⺠The mobility levels of Londoners gradually declined compared to individuals living in other areas of GB. ⺠Transport disadvantaged groups were found to face difficulty in the utilisation of health services.
