Abstract
⺠Black youth in predominately white schools report poorer early adult health than white youth. ⺠Asian youth in predominantly minority schools report poorer early adult health than white youth. ⺠School attachment, loneliness, and parent support in adolescence are independently associated with adult health. ⺠Discrimination does not mediate school racial composition effects on black and Asian health. ⺠School racial composition and in-school social dynamics have consequences for health in early adulthood.
