Abstract
⺠Urbanization affects human health and brings challenges to urban sustainability. ⺠Urbanization in East Asia poses health risks from pollution, accidents and social change. ⺠Rural-urban migration could spread infectious diseases between rural and urban areas. ⺠Shaping cities towards a healthy future is a possible way to reach sustainability targets.
