Abstract
⺠This paper examines some of the main narratives that shape the profile of renewable energy in Australia today. ⺠These narratives are influential in determining the often negative or misleading perception of renewable energy and its contribution to addressing the climate problem. ⺠What is left out of these narratives is often just as important as what is included. ⺠The net impact of confusion and uncertainty is often the narrative intent.
