Abstract
⺠Distributive justice is investigated in the global regulation of ecosystem services. ⺠The polluter pays is more justified than payments for ecosystem services. ⺠Principles of justice differ on how to recycle the tax revenues. ⺠Equal per capita recycling implies net payments by some developing countries. ⺠Justice may require aiding the worst-off consumers rather than landowners.
