Abstract
⺠Twenty-six applications of environmental assessment methods (EAMs) to orchard are assessed. ⺠Most used system boundaries, functional units and impact categories are investigated. ⺠Environmental burdens related to main agricultural techniques in orchards are described. ⺠Suggestions for standardisation of EAMs in fruit production are proposed.
