Abstract
⺠We propose several epidemiological mathematical models for AH1N1/09. ⺠The models were fitted to time series notifications from selected regions. ⺠For some regions the classical SEIR model was not able to reproduce time series. ⺠For two waves series we use the proposed two community models. ⺠If social network or spatial structure is known, new outbreaks may be forecasted.
