Abstract
⺠We proteomically analysis the saliva from transplanted submandibular gland. ⺠We found that some proteins differentially expressed after transplantation. ⺠The upregulation of CA VI and SPLUNC 2 was further confirmed by Western blotting. ⺠The mechanism of protein synthesis and secretion in transplanted gland has changed.
