Abstract
⺠We built 62 pHMMs for all described conopeptide superfamilies and families. ⺠For classification of the signal and propeptides the accuracy of pHMMs was 100%. ⺠For classification of the mature peptides the accuracy of pHMMs was 96%. ⺠Our set of pHMMs allows automatic classification of conopeptides from large datasets.
