Abstract
⺠We detected deoxynivalenol in 66.4% of wheat samples analysed. ⺠The total estimated daily intake of DON in Londrina, Brazil was 1.13 μg/kg/day. ⺠Constant monitoring on mycotoxin levels is necessary to minimise health risks.
