Abstract
⺠Rhubarb can downregulate Wnt signalling in liver cancer cells. ⺠Rhubarb decreases phosphorylation of GSK-3β and increases its activity. ⺠Rhubarb reduced β-catenin, cyclin D, Tbx3 and c-Myc. ⺠Rhubarb attenuated the expression of MMP9 and contactin-1 metastatic factors.
