Abstract
⺠Four principal mango cultivars cultivated in China were chosen and studied. ⺠We examined their differences on physico-chemical and antioxidant properties. ⺠Different cultivars were well separated by principal component analysis (PCA). ⺠Increasing information will help to make the best use of the mango cultivars.
