Abstract
► Four principal mango cultivars cultivated in China were chosen and studied. ► We examined their differences on physico-chemical and antioxidant properties. ► Different cultivars were well separated by principal component analysis (PCA). ► Increasing information will help to make the best use of the mango cultivars.
