Abstract
⺠DPPH assay allows the evaluation of antioxidant capacity through the determination of EC50. ⺠Different antioxidants were studied with DPPH assay ⺠The EC50 estimation was performed by GraphPad Prism, BLeSq, OriginPro, SigmaPlot, BioDataFit, and IBM SPSS programs. ⺠The statistical estimation gave similar EC50, but the five-parameter GraphPad Prism showed the best performance.
