Abstract
⺠Environment had a greater effect than genotype on carotenoid content of wheat flour. ⺠Interaction between genotype and environment had the greatest effect on total tocopherols. ⺠Significant correlation was found between carotenoid content and precipitation level. ⺠Antioxidant capacity was significantly correlated with air temperature during grain fill.
