Abstract
► Environment had a greater effect than genotype on carotenoid content of wheat flour. ► Interaction between genotype and environment had the greatest effect on total tocopherols. ► Significant correlation was found between carotenoid content and precipitation level. ► Antioxidant capacity was significantly correlated with air temperature during grain fill.
