Abstract
⺠A number of different methods was modified on the basis of original DFG-S19 method. ⺠Each methodology was compared with respect to the validation parameters. ⺠The method including the replacement GPC with florosil column was chosen. ⺠This method is efficient, reliable, robust, cheap and being adopted for wine analysis. ⺠The uncertainty for the determination of the pesticides was also calculated.
