Abstract
⺠We propose a fast and simple method for the multielemental analysis of plants. ⺠Ultrasound-assisted extraction prior to TXRF is applied. ⺠P, K, Ca, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn and Pb have been determined in CRMs and in 19 real plant samples. ⺠Discrimination on the basis of the anatomical part of plants (flower, leaves, fruits) is feasible.
