Abstract
⺠Chemical screening of the composition of herbal dietary food supplements. ⺠Targeted LC-MS/MS analysis by an Information Dependent Acquisition approach. ⺠A generic extraction procedure was developed for the analysis of food supplements. ⺠A screening of 98 biomarkers to characterise 79 selected plants is proposed.
