Abstract
⺠We report the pharmacokinetic parameters of glycitein from food-supplements in men. ⺠The glycitein pharmacokinetic parameters are close to those of daidzein. ⺠The high urinary excretion rate advocate for a high glycitein gut absorption rate. ⺠Genistein has a longer plasma residence time than the other isoflavones. ⺠Equol does not influence glycitein pharmacokinetic parameters.
