Abstract
► We report the pharmacokinetic parameters of glycitein from food-supplements in men. ► The glycitein pharmacokinetic parameters are close to those of daidzein. ► The high urinary excretion rate advocate for a high glycitein gut absorption rate. ► Genistein has a longer plasma residence time than the other isoflavones. ► Equol does not influence glycitein pharmacokinetic parameters.
