Abstract
⺠Four key lupin cultivars were analysed for their seed proteome components. ⺠Revealed 24 proteins with differential expression among the cultivars. ⺠Eight differentially expressed proteins were identified as allergenic protein. ⺠Differential proteins are mostly β-conglutin; α-, γ-, δ-conglutins are consistent.
