Abstract
► Diet is an important route of human exposure to perfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs). ► The levels of PFASs in foodstuffs have been determined in Catalonia, Spain. ► Fish and shellfish shows the highest contribution to human dietary exposure to PFASs. ► Human dietary exposure to PFASs in Catalonia should not mean any special concern.
