Abstract
⺠Actinidia eriantha is a low flavour kiwifruit, but contains many bound volatiles. ⺠Alcohols, terpenoids and phenolics were the most numerous bound volatiles found. ⺠Several of the bound compounds found are precursors of odorous volatiles. ⺠Linoleic and linolenic acid were important components of the bound volatile extract.
