Abstract
⺠Volatiles, physicochemical properties and non-volatiles in calamansi juice were examined. ⺠Several volatile compounds in calamansi juice were identified for the first time. ⺠Trace level volatiles are the main contributors to differences in calamansi juices from different geographical areas.
