Abstract
⺠EGCG stimulates AMPK- and NF-κB-signaling pathways in rat H4IIE hepatoma cells. ⺠EGCG acts at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels of the SHARP-1 gene. ⺠Neither EGCG nor NF-κB enhanced a 1.5-kb promoter activity of the SHARP-1 gene.
