Abstract
⺠The bioactivities were studied using splenic lymphocytes proliferation assay. ⺠The highest activity was reached when DH ranged from 15% to 18%. ⺠Peptides with the highest activity were purified using chromatography methods. ⺠Three immunomodulating peptides were separated and identified. ⺠The purified peptides showed the high immune activity.
