Purification and identification of immunomodulating peptides from enzymatic hydrolysates of Alaska pollock frame

► The bioactivities were studied using splenic lymphocytes proliferation assay. ► The highest activity was reached when DH ranged from 15% to 18%. ► Peptides with the highest activity were purified using chromatography methods. ► Three immunomodulating peptides were separated and identified. ► The purified peptides showed the high immune activity.
