Abstract
⺠Nutrient composition of mandarin oranges was assessed by NMR. ⺠Effect of fertilisation and pesticide use was studied. ⺠Sugars as well as organic and amino acids change with fertiliser and pesticide use. ⺠Sensory analysis indicates consumers can detect these differences.
