Abstract
► LC/MS based fingerprinting and mass profiling methods were developed to identify phytochemicals in açaí raw materials. ► Chemical profiles of the extracts of açaí raw materials were determined by using the developed LC/MS based methods. ► Developed LC/MS based methods may be useful for the quality assessment of açaí dietary supplement raw materials.
