Abstract
⺠LC/MS based fingerprinting and mass profiling methods were developed to identify phytochemicals in açaà raw materials. ⺠Chemical profiles of the extracts of açaà raw materials were determined by using the developed LC/MS based methods. ⺠Developed LC/MS based methods may be useful for the quality assessment of açaà dietary supplement raw materials.
