Abstract
► We developed a simple method for quantification of mannoproteins in real wine samples. ► It circumvents problems for measuring mannose after hydrolysis found in other methods. ► Sample volume required goes down to 3 ml of wine. ► It allows comparison of mannoprotein content of wines produced by different winemaking practices.
